small room bathroom door
the room was quite small. the bathroom door had a hole. there was no elevator and the stairs were narrow. it was not easy to carry luggage up and down. the lighting in the bathroom was also very dim, like a night light, i did not like it.

The staff arranged a water taxi from the train station for me. they also stored my luggage upon arrival. the hotel provided guidance on walking routes with a map. the room was clean and spacious. Just like in the pictures.
the air conditioning made some noises during the night.

breakfast had a lovely variety of foods. there was always plenty to eat each morning. i tried several of the egg dishes. the coffee was also very good.

the room was nicely decorated. it included all essential items. the location was quiet although it was in the city center. i found my room to be super clean.

every team member was warm. all staff were friendly. they offered really good guidance from the cruise port. the staff was attentive and helpful with directions.

Acceptable stay with some issues
inadequate air conditioning slow shower drain
I found the air conditioning inadequate . It struggled to combat the humidity. The staff did provide a fan, but it did little to improve the overall comfort. the bathroom door required excessive force to close properly. (This was quite inconvenient, to say the least). The shower drain was also slow, made showering less pleasant.

good location ultra kind staff
the location was very good. its near st marks square. the breakfast included was good and it had excellent service. the staff was ultra kind, i was grateful.
the room was small. there wasnt a lobby. it began before 8.
